ouaaaaaa yesterday we got a nice session, no surfers on the spot , just me and Titaua once again with just enough wind with our 13m edge and some amazing barreling waves. I think we stayed 4 hours just non stop.
thanks mother nature for a nice surprise once again.

Chasta style in New Zealand
from Chastagnol Guillaume on Vimeo.

hi folks,
i'm just back from the snowkite camp in New zealand, when after the Wanakite, i had a final week with four other friends from Moorea crew.Lucky for us we had a nice cold storm few days before,so the conditions has been pretty good , except we had too much wind when we were staying at the hut.But good for me i had to ride and do the final testing for the 4m and 6m axcess xt.
i'm really happy about  the axcess conception, Robby did  a really good  job again on the kite.thanks bro .i think the axcess has more power now on the 10m and 8m, but feel so great , i love it, even for some small jump, or some flat tricks. It's gonna be hard to make a choice for my next winter quiver, but for sure i will use more the 9m frenzy or 10m manta, there's so much power now on it. but i will not forget my 12m manta for thoses light days at the Lautaret pass  for flying.
we 've a new axcess harnest also, which is much nicer as usual, much more comfortable.
I spent a great time at Jon's house, thanks again,  it was really good to share thoses beautifull moment up there, was good to go on mission everyday, sometimes it was not easy to reach the spot, cause we had a big bus for 8 persons then we have to all jump in the 4X4, to reach the snow level, then  jump on a snowmobil : but the best was the 2hours tour in a snowcat. Yes we went up wind 2hours in the snow machine, then as soon as i saw some wind blowing , i jumped out to take 20 km down wind around the big plateau " old man range": sick spot there, there's flat , cliff , windlips everywhere, and it can be really steep also.
for sure the south island is the perfect snowkite destination. I almost can't wait for my next advance snowkite camp in 2010.
Thanks to Aboard, for the snowkite board they send me, that board rocks for my style.
now check out my latest video, where you'll see all the kites in action with a nice background as usual with some tricks which can inspire you i hope.
i filmed myself most of time, imagine when i see a nice spot, i just put my video camera on my bag, and film it. So i'm sure there's no shaking, after it's easier to zoom in and make it nice during the editing.
so enjoy and check out the kitesurf news soon, i'm back in Huahine and the waves are still big.
Yepaaaaaaaaaaa

Chasta
hello everybody,

ouaaaa what a great winter here in NZ, i'm actually riding some spot around SnowFarm since almost 2 weeks for the snowkite camps with Boarder Patrol,( Thanks Jon for this beautifull moment with you guys )  and the wind was with us everyday with some beautifull powder as i like.

I've few friends here from Tahiti, like Nico or Fab, who are pretty good on water ; and they easilly picked up so quick on snow, that i can cruise everywhere around that huge mountain with them and have great adventure over there.

But today unfortunatly it's raining, that's why i'm writing some news , to show you how good it was already. We stayed at the Hut (refuge) for two nights ,not far from the lodge of Snowfarm, but it was already a good mission to go there with the food and all the stuff we needed.

It's so good to cut the wood , boiled the snow to get some water, have a good sleep at night in a warm sleeping bag, then wake up in the morning , have a quick cofee, open the door, and just kite right there on this geant spot with everything we need, flat, big natural kickers, quarter pipes, steep faces.

then Tomorrow i should see my friend Rob and Hugh, for testing and  giving the final production samples  before Ozne release the all new Manta M3 and all new Access XT.

The FYX for this year has only changed with a bridle modification which has a seriously faster turn with a super tight yet powered radius that is seriously good making the 11m feel like the 9m from 09 that as anyone involved in snowkiting knows was one hell of a kite + the 9m has so much more power, it's really surprising when the other guys are still riding on the 12m manta for example.

Ozone are going to release a bridle kit that is quick and easy to update the 09 FYX. I love Ozone for this loyalty and commitment to their customers. How many other brands would offer such a high level of service!!! well tell me if you know.

anyway, i hope to see more Kiwi boys and girls for sure on the spot for the Wanakite in one week

have good wind

yepaaaaa
